Located on the rocky southeast coast of the island, Manana, has beautiful views of St. Barths, French St. Martin, and St. Eustatius. Ocean waves driven by the tradewinds on the rocks below. Constant breezes are cooling and soothing making air conditioning rarely necessary (though available).

Finally, Manana is a "green" environmentally conscious property. Electricity and hot water are provided by solar power (with utility backup).

Seasonal Rates:

Low Season:
(May 1 to Nov. 14) $4830/week for up to 6 people.

High Season:
(Nov 15 to April 30) $5880/week for up to 6 people.

Holiday Season:
(Dec. 20 to Jan. 5) $10,800/week for up to 6 people.
