La Diva Villa is a spectacular home with spectacular views over Road Bay from all three of its floor levels. Situated on one of the highest points on Anguilla, the home is currently configured with three bedrooms but can easily be transitioned into a five or six bedroom home. Presently, the master bedroom and a full bath with walk in closet occupy the entire top floor--along with an outdoor Jacuzzi and wide covered veranda.

The first floor is comprised of a professional quality kitchen, extensive living room, a guest bedroom, an entertainment room and two full bathrooms--in addition there is a spacious open air deck, infinity fresh water swimming pool and two separate dining areas. The ground level is configured with one bedroom with full bath and kitchenette, an executive office, pool table enclave and storage facilities--further, there is a contiguous car port large enough for three cars and a covered outside space that could easily be converted into a fitness room.

High Season:
(December 16 to April 15) $7,000 for 2-6 people

Holiday Season:
(Dec 16 to Jan 5) $10,500 for 2-6 people with a 2 week
