The master bedroom, located on the main floor, has a king-size bed, roomy bathroom and a balcony. Three other bedrooms are located on the lower level. The spacious fifth bedroom is above the garage, separate from the main house. Each features an en suite bathroom.

The beautifully designed living room features various pieces of modern art. Its glass, floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open up to the pool and balcony area that overlooks the ocean.
