In July 2004, Aruba hosted the 15th annual Hieneken Music Festival.

The Annual Aruba Music Festival in October has attracted acts such as Pat Benatar, Crosy, Stills, & Nash and the band Chicago. During any given month, the island hosts numerous international sporting events.
