In offering villa reservations and any other travel arrangements for sale, Villa Collections acts only in the capacity of an agent of the travel provider. Villa Collections and all affiliated travel agents do not accept any responsibility for the following:

• Canceled or delayed vacations and/or flights due to improper or inadequate documentation of traveler.
• Canceled or delayed vacations and/or flights due to mechanical failure, adverse weather, or government decisions.
• Canceled or delayed vacations and/or flights due to ticket holder’s failure to follow policies and instructions of the independent suppliers or vendors (i.e., villa owner, airlines, car rental agency, tour company, or activity provider).
• Any change-of-ticket or reservation fees imposed by above mentioned independent suppliers or vendors.
• Any refunds from above mentioned independent suppliers or vendors.
• Any damage, loss, delayed arrival or departure of baggage, and other goods belonging to traveler.
• Any actions of the above mentioned independent suppliers and vendors.
• Transportation to and from any activities or tours arranged by any of the above mentioned suppliers and vendors.
• Any bankruptcy or insolvency of the tour operator, suppliers, or the airline involved.
• Canceled or delayed vacations and/or flights due to any other reason beyond our control.
  
  In addition to any travel supplier cancellation/change penalties, there is a $50 per person Villa Collections cancellation/change administrative fee. We will gladly assist you in obtaining any refund owed to you should you need to cancel your trip.
