August brings a wind of change to many of our lives. Children return to school, stores begin to clear out the beach gear to make room for sweaters and coats, and in our business, we brace ourselves for the soon approaching high season! The most popular high season week for warm weather destinations is the week between Christmas and New Years. Villa owners know this and many charge “Holiday Rates” and require a 14 night minimum. We have compiled a list below showing all of our villas that are still open for the holidays! Be surprised and notice that some are allowing 7 night bookings!

If you can’t wait until the holidays, many villa owners understand that busy schedules allow for shorter vacation times and have waived the usual 7 night minimum for travel this fall.
